Thank you for your interest in The Oak Center! Individuals age 18+ can submit an application here. We are unable to accept applications for adolescents (ages 12-17) at this time. We know this can be incredibly discouraging. If you are a parent or caregiver, we encourage you to consider attending a Planting Roots class, as this can offer some support until such time as we can reopen the adolescent waitlist.
Due to the high volume of calls and messages, please allow at least 2-4 weeks for a member of our team to respond to any inquiries about services, the waitlist, and job or practicum opportunities. For a faster response, please use the form below.
