Groups For Adults

DBT Lunch Bunch

Want extra support with DBT skills? Worried about the time commitment a support group takes? Join DBT Lunch Bunch! This is a weekly hour long group that meets Fridays online during the lunch hour. Each week we will focus on a new skill and share how it is applicable to your current day to day. You are able to join this group if you have graduated comprehensive DBT, are in a current skills group, OR your therapist at The Oak Center recommends you for this group.

Weekly registration is required. Click here for a preview of this month’s skill of the week, and then you can choose what weeks are most applicable to you and/or come every week!

DBT Lunch Bunch is $25/week (self-pay only).
